HCCB VP AWARDED ANEW

     Dr. Felomino A. Gargar, the Vice President for Academic  Affairs of the Holy Child Colleges of Butuan, Butuan City was awarded as the  2012 Lily Rosqueta Rosales Counselor Leadership  Awardee in a solemn ceremony at Central Colleges of the Philippines, Manila during the National Conference and Seminar-Workshop with the theme “Revitalizing  The Pursuit  of Guidance Excellence : Integrating Gender Issues  And Roles” last May 3, 2012.

     The awardee has a very impressive academic credentials, very extensive practice in counseling being the Co-Founder of the St. Peter’s Counseling Home in Davao City, very expansive community outreach activities and a deep commitment to the profession being an advocate, academician and leader. He is one of the eight (8)  life members of the Iota Phi-Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Academic and Professional  Honor Society International, an accredited psychologist of the Philippine National Police and a licensed guidance counselor.
